FIELD: measuring technology, measurement of displacement and deformation of object as result of thermal shocks, elastic collisions and other disturbing effects. SUBSTANCE: device has three identical distance sensors connected correspondingly to instrument converters. First two sensors are placed differentially with reference to surface of tested object and third sensor is positioned with standard displacement relative to second sensor, in parallel to its sensitivity axis. Device incorporates information processing unit which includes one adder, three subtracters, three dividers, two multipliers and storage.
