FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in measurement of flow rate of liquid, gas or steam in heat power industry, on transport, in oil, petrochemical, chemical, food industry and in medicine. Flow transducer has case, jet guiding apparatus, sensitive element in the form of magnet or electromagnet magnetized along axis and placed concentric on case to interact with ring-shaped body magnetized along axis and housed in case for rolling over surface of magnet or electromagnet contacting it by means of unlike poles and signal pickoff unit. Magnet or electromagnet is positioned inside ring-shaped body of revolution and interacts with its internal surface. External surface of ring-shaped body is fitted with blades which form clearance with internal surface of body. Inlet branch pipe of body is tangential branch pipe.
