SUBSTANCE: procedure includes measurement of signal U emerging with interaction of probe with two-phase flow in the course of exposure time T, measurement of time U = f(τ) of interaction of probe with steam phase by dependence (U_d) at certain established level Δτ_i of discrimination and determination of true volumetric content of steam ϕ_л by formula . In this case true volumetric content of steam ϕ_л is multiply found at different levels U_di, of discrimination chosen in interval Umax-Umin and optimum level U_d of discrimination is determined by inflection point on dependence ϕ_л= f(U_d).
