FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: process of calibration of accelerometers in acceleration field of free fall is carried out by setting various angular positions of sensitive axis of accelerometer relative to acceleration vector of free fall. Setting of angular positions is controlled by means of position pickups with output characteristic with odd function. Platform of rotary set is turned with different speeds. Angular positions are set in several cycles in which approach to specified position is realized with movement along different directions. Rotary set includes base, platform, position pickups, switch, computer, analog-to-digital converter, registers of storage and state, input buffer, three bus formers, four decoders, two electron keys, three logic AND gates, two logic OR gates, amplifiers. Each position pickup comes in the form of optoelectron pair.
