FIELD: measuring instruments, in particular, linear acceleration meters with electrostatic reverse converter. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, first plate, which is made from single-crystal material and comprises stationary frame, mobile member and flexible hinge, which connects them. In addition, device has second and third plates, two-phase alternating current generator, direct current reference voltage generator, differential capacitance converter with stationary electrodes, amplifier with two outputs of opposite phase, first and second resistors. First terminal of each resistor is connected to respective stationary electrode. In addition device has third, fourth, fifth and sixth resistors. Third and fourth resistors are connected to second terminal of first resistor. Fifth and sixth resistors are connected to second terminal of second resistor. Second terminal of third resistor is connected to one of outputs of amplifier. Second terminal of fifth resistor is connected to second output of amplifier. Second terminals of fourth and sixth resistors are connected to common circuit of outputs of generator and amplifier. EFFECT: possibility to alter upper limit of measured acceleration. 2 cl, 2 dwg
