The proposed substance is prepared by culturing the strain Bacillus thuringiensis EMCC-0080 deposited in NRRL at registration number NRRL B-21093. The proposed substance shows pesticide activity against insects of Coleoptera order. The substance acts as an enhancer or a synergist in combination with different pesticides prepared on the basis of microorganisms of Bacillus genus. The pesticide composition used for pests treatment comprises the proposed substance taken in the amount from 0.001 to 60 wt.%.
