FIELD: agriculture, pesticides. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents used for plant protection from insect pests. Activator of pesticide activity is obtained by fermentation of bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis followed by its isolation from supernatant of fermentation broth. Activator has empirical formula C13H28N6O8, it is soluble in water, stable at 100 C for about 30 min, at ultraviolet rays irradiation for 10 h and at pH near 2 for 3 days. Activator has 1H-NMR shift values at 1.5; 3.22; 3.29; 3.35; 3.43; 3.58; 3.73; 3.98; 4.07; 4.15; 4.25 and 4.35. Pesticide compositions are prepared on the basis of activator described. Obtained activator enhances activity of relative pesticide from Bac. thuringiensis by at least about 1.5-fold and activity of delta-endotoxin from Bac. thuringiensis by 100-400 times.
