FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing dry ground component, such as flour and like product, with liquid; kneading resultant dough mass. Dry component is supplied in extruder and liquid is supplied in extruder to dry component and mixed together with it for producing dough mass. Method further involves preparing dough until completeness and subjecting it to pressure molding until wanted shape of farinaceous products is provided. Method and apparatus enable effective and hygienic preparing of farinaceous products.
