FIELD: dactyloscopy. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to field of optical formation of image with the use of computer technology, specifically, to equipment for generation of dactyloscopic cards used by law-enforcement bodies. Device recording papillary pattern has light source, prism with input reflection and output faces, projection optical system, system of photodetection elements connected to information processing unit, all optically coupled. Prism comes in the form of tetrahedron, one its faces is surface recognizing finger prints, input and output faces form obtuse angle, input face is located at angle of 80-100 deg with surface recognizing finger prints, reflection face is inclined at acute angle with respect to surface recognizing finger prints. Output face is placed at angle close to angle of total internal reflection with reference to surface recognizing finger prints. Surface recognizing finger prints is in this case reflection surface. EFFECT: timely and qualitative identification of person by dactyloscopic prints. 2 dwg
