FIELD: medicine; devices for making dactyloscopic maps.
SUBSTANCE: device has light source, prism and photo-receiving element system connected with data processing unit. Additional optical element made in form of plate is mounted onto face of prism recognizing finger prints. Base of the plate is made flat. The other side of plate has shape of ridge. Optically transparent matter is applied between prism and optical element at the area of contact of both units. Angles between axes of deeps of ridge-shaped surface equal to 0-25 degrees. Device has simple design and small size. It allows doing identification from dactyloscopic prints.
EFFECT: higher speed of operation; higher quality of operation.
