Cosmetic compositions as transparent emulsion consist of an aqueous phase including 2-methyl-1.3-propandiol and an oily phase including organosilicon substances, the mixture of liquid organosilicon substances cyclometicon and cyclometicon-dimeticon copolyol. These compositions are visually transparent, could be used for preparing a cool cream or preparation against perspiration/deodorant revealing high stability of phases, being not sensitive to decomposition under the impact of the shift in the course of their preparing.
