FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: skin care composition has at least two emulsions (i) and (ii) set into surface-to-surface contact. Water-in-oil emulsion takes 10- 60% of composition weight, the water-in-oil emulsion having aqueous phase making 30-80% of the emulsion weight, the oil phase making 20- 70% of the emulsion weight and having viscosity of 100 to 10000 mAp*s at 50 C and containing oil having distribution coefficient (K_s) belonging to 0-0.2 interval. Oil-in-water emulsion (ii) takes 40-90% of composition weight, the oil-in-water emulsion having aqueous phase making 40-99% of the oil-in-water emulsion weight, the oil phase making 1-60% of the oil-in-water emulsion weight. Yield threshold of each of the emulsions (i) and (ii) belongs to 10- 1000 Pa interval. Each aqueous phase has buffer providing difference of at least 2 pH units between water-in-oil emulsion and oil-in-water emulsion.
