FIELD: formation of cone of dispersed liquid in air. SUBSTANCE: gear for dispersing liquid in gas has vertical cylindrical body filled with current-conductive liquid, tubular coil pipe with inlet and outlet branch pipes, nozzle joined to outlet branch pipe, heating element of electrode type that includes three null electrodes in the form of hollow cylinder, three phase electrodes placed inside corresponding null electrode along its axis. Inlet branch pipe of coil pipe is joined to pressure source of dispersed liquid. Liquid flowing through coil pipe is overheated and runs through nozzle to gas where pressure is considerably less than pressure in coil pipe. In this case instant boiling of liquid flowing from nozzle ( physical blast ) occurs which results in its dispersing in gas in the form of cone. EFFECT: increased productivity of gear. 1 cl, 1 dwg
