SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of adding to burden activating agents in quantity consisting 0.5-3 mas. % of article; placing burden in closed press-mold; pressing, sintering it and simultaneously subjecting it to heat and chemical treatment in powdered saturating mixtures for further high-temperature tempering; applying on inner surface of press-mold layer of paste containing 30-50% of carbamide and dextrin, the balance; introducing to burden saturating agents in the form of complex additive containing, mas.%: black carbon, 8.0-10.0; carbamide, 0.5-3.0; molybdenum, 5.0-10.0; vanadium, boron and titanium, 3.0-5.0; zinc stearate, 0.2-0.6.
