FIELD: inorganic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: inorganic salt, in particular sodium, potassium, calcium, or magnesium phosphate or condensed phosphate, or sodium silicate, is mixed with water to give a soft paste, to which 12-89% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide is added. Mixture is aged for 5 to 30 min at pressure 0.2 Tor and dried "in vacuo" or in drying box. Resulting complexes have following empirical formulas: Na4P2O7•nH2O2 or K3PO4•nH2O2, in which n≥2 preferably n= 3, Na2SiO3•nH2O2, in which n≥1 Ca2P2O7•nH2O2; Mg2P2O7•nH2O2; Na2SO4•nH2O2; K2SO4•nH2O2; and Na2Si3O7•nH2O2. Essentially waterless complexes can be used as disinfectants and sterilizers for medical tools and equipment. EFFECT: improved ability of disinfecting and sterilizing both metallic and nonmetallic parts and surfaces at room and elevated temperatures. 23 cl, 25 dwg, 53 tbl, 48 ex
