FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: proposed fastening has resilient under-rail pad 2, baseplate 1 with ribs and ends curved upwards placed under pad and flexible layer 9 mounted under baseplate 1. Coaxial holes are made in baseplate 1 and flexible layer 9 and through each hole anchor bolt 3 is passed with fitted on spring clamp 4, electric insulating bushing 6, washer 7 and nut 8. Yoke 5 engaging with spring clamp 4 is placed under electric insulating bushing. Spring clamp 4 is made of bar material, U-shaped in plan, with ends bent inwards and to web. Clamp 4 encloses rib of baseplate 1. Web engages with rail, and sections of opposite to clamp web are in contact with bent off end of baseplate. Rib of baseplate 1 has constant cross-section over width. EFFECT: improved resilience of rail deflecting at loading. 2 dwg
