FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: rail fastening has gasket on which metal baseplate with ribs is mounted. Clamp bolts with fitted in clamps spring washers and nuts are arranged in rib slots. Metal base plate is secured on underrail base by means of hook bolts with fitted-on insulating bushings, spring washers and nuts. Insulating bushings are made of aluminium with surfaces modified by aluminum oxide. Proposed invention considerably improved operating properties of insulating bushing and entire rail fastening, providing possibility of using insulating bushings at low temperatures.
