SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes solar batteries, cooling system, water collector, air duct, ventilation system and condenser in the form of coiled tube made of stainless steel and having on outer side spheric craters. Rectilinear portions of said tube are arranged vertically and they are flattened in direction normal relative to air flow. Such apparatus provides conditions unfavorable for growing microflora on walls of heat exchanger without decreasing operational efficiency of system.
