SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a water sump (17), a cooling plant (2) connected via a valve (4) and a hydraulic pump (5) with a heat insulated tank (6) and with a heat exchanger-condenser (7) installed in an air duct (8). The heat exchanger-condenser (7) comprises a knockout drum (9) and a fan (10). The plant comprises a heliostat (1) with control system, it is made out of concentrating elements, each element comprises a lens with large focal distance F and lens with small focal distance f, a cone Winston concentrator of complete internal reflection, and a fiber optic cable (21). Besides, a water tank (14) and connected to it evaporation tray (16) with water level adjustment located under the heat exchanger-condenser (7) are included.
EFFECT: high efficiency of sun energy conversion and high capacity of the plant.
