Proposed method and device are effective when handling oxidizing or inert gases. Device includes convergent/divergent nozzle for creating initial supersonic velocity, second and third passages located coaxially relative to main nozzle for forming slower movable three-layer envelope of flame coaxial relative to flow for effective maintenance of supersonic velocity.
