FIELD: automation of heat engineering processes; automation of monitoring and regulating systems of equipment working in heat-carrying and heat-liberating flows (gas, steam, water, air). SUBSTANCE: unit includes body 1 with cover 7 with valve 4 provided with seat 5 located between them; lateral surface of valve forms guaranteed clearance together with cover of body in form of throttle valve; unit is also provided with monitoring channel provided with draft sensor 35, flame sensor 43, two nozzles of igniter 46, start button 50 and cavity of inlet branch pipe 2 which form closed circuit separated from closed circuit of regulating channel which includes above-valve cavity 10, temperature sensor 24 and cavity of outlet branch pipe sealed-up by above- diaphragm cavity 61 of check microvalve 16. To place unit in operation, start button 59 shall be depressed and igniter 40 shall be fired up, thus admitting gas to burner 87 ignited from igniter 46. Failure of draft or flame, makes nozzles of respective sensors close, thus causing rise of pressure in above-valve cavity 10 and discontinuing supply of gas to burner 87 due to closing of seat 5 by valve 4. Regulation of preset parameter is effected either through closing nozzle of sensor of respective sensitive element, thus causing supply or discontinuance of supply of gas only to burner 87 with igniter 46 continuing its operation at reliable fire connection with burner. EFFECT: reduced labor consumption; enhanced reliability due to reduced number of diaphragm-nozzle assemblies replaced by one valve. 1 dwg
