FIELD: fluid-pressure actuators.
SUBSTANCE: flow regulator comprises housing (1), seat (7), and valve (5) made of a sleeve coaxially mounted in sleeve (4) secured in housing (1) with a guaranteed spaced relation that represents hydraulic throttle (19). Ring passage (8) is defined between the inner surface of housing (1) and outer surfaces of valve (5) and second sleeve (4). The passage is in communication with hydraulic throttle (19), and space (9) between valve (5) and second sleeve (4) is in communication with hydraulic throttle (19) and space (11) downstream of the seat through pulse passage (14) and nozzle (12) with gate (15) that moves under the action of solenoid (18) or push button (17), or with small cock (20) through branch pipe (21) and pulse passage (22).
