FIELD: automatization and telemechanics of actuators. SUBSTANCE: given flow regulator has gate coming in the form of two spring-loaded valves set in casing and made fast to cup-free piston drive and placed between two seats. Flow pneumatic-hydraulic circuit of regulator with two return valves and two units of manual and remote control by means of lever and electromagnetic coils makes it feasible to function in alternating flow which is most important for cross-fed water, oil and gas pipe-lines. Flow regulator operates from negligible share of energy of own flow and is not connected to any external sources of power ensuring high speed of response and leak-tightness. EFFECT: decreased energy consumption thanks to exclusion of external sources of power for drive, enhanced functional reliability, leak- tightness and speed of response and improved operational convenience. 1 cl, 1 dwg
