FIELD: ammunition used in a standard firearm for transformation of it to a pneumatic one, the "magnum" type inclusive, with employment of a barrel-insert. SUBSTANCE: cartridge represents a hollow body with perforated end faces, positioned in one of which is the bullet location, and in the other positioned is the impact rod of the valve system drive, the body has two directly non-engageable valves-trigger and firing ones, the firing exhaust valve has a device for its opening in the form of a piston of a larger or similar diameter as compared with it, acting on the hydraulic actuator or unbalancing principle, and actuated by the smaller trigger valve. The cartridge constructions are filled up both with compressed gas for attaining the maximum nozzle powers and with liquefied gas for attaining the maximum quantity of shots from a single filling. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption of opening of the valve system. 9 cl, 6 dwg
