FIELD: production and charging of blast holes with commercial explosives, applicable in open blasting operations at mining of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: mixing-charging machine comprises a conveying base, hopper with discharge windows, longitudinal and extensible screw conveyers, distributing box, hydraulic system, electrical equipment and a liquid fuel supply system. Installed in the hopper of the mixing-charging machine equipped with a screw conveyer system for feed of components is one or several transverse partitions dividing the machine hopper into independent compartments in such a way that one or several discharge windows are available inside each of them, the windows are provided with gates adjusting the flow areas of the windows, the relation between the windows flow areas is selected proportionally to the bulks of the batched loose components by formula: where S_wind is area of discharge window, sq.cm; S_gate is area of adjusting gate shutting off the window, sq.cm; S_Σ is total area of discharge windows of all compartments, sq.cm; X_i is content of component in explosive, percent by mass.
