FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has dosing unit, mixing unit and ready product packaging unit. Dosing unit has dosing vessels for solid and liquid components. Mixing unit has drum-type cyclic mixer. Mixer hopper is made in the form of rotary drum composed of upper and lower truncated cones interconnected through cylinder. Each of upper cone inner surface and cylinder inner surface is provided with three equally spaced plates separated from shell by 8-15 mm distance and arranged at an angle of 30-45 deg to drum axis. Plates on upper cone and cylinder are offset by 60 deg one relative to another. Ready product packaging unit has feeding unloading hopper, measuring vessels joined to hopper, and gagging inserts equipped with slide valves. Apparatus of such construction is used for manufacture of industrial explosives on the base of powdered, granulated and liquid components, which may be introduced in any suitable order.
