FIELD: devices for transportation and loading of deep-holes by prefabricated industrial explosives, as well as for manufacture of powder and water-containing explosives in loading machines based on heavy-freight trucks, applicable at blasting operations at open mining works.

SUBSTANCE: the loading machine bin is made in the form of removable container 3 installed inside the truck body and fastened to its floor by four screw joints 4, separated by longitudinal and lateral inclined partitions 10 at angle of 45 deg into 4 or 6 sections for loading of the explosive, and auxiliary compartment 11 isolated from the explosive for installation of the tank with process liquid, made on the lateral walls of the sections in the points of junction of the partitions are unloading hatches 14 with slide gates 15 operating from truck pneumatic system 16, connected to them are hinged batch measuring boxes 6 with slide dampers 17, in the upper part the container is provided with loading hatches 18 with closing covers 19 and fittings for fastening of the slings of the hoisting devices. When the loading machine is used for manufacture of explosive of the indianite type the machine is additionally equipped with a liquid component supply system consisting of a tank, two weighing batchers, liquid component sprayer linked by a system of pipe-line providing the supply of liquid component to the hinged measuring box of the container section.

EFFECT: provided transportation of explosives, charging of deep-holes by prefabricated explosives, manufacture of explosives and charging of deep-holes by them.
