FIELD: agriculture, in particular, apiculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves scarifying surface layer of bee bread comb and providing convective drying to moisture content of 14-15%; cooling to temperature of -3 - -4 C for 30-40 min; grinding in grinder for obtaining separate bee bread crumbs; compressing these crumbs to the size of 4.9-50 mm; separating into 1.5-6.0 mm sized fractions; providing pneumatic separation at air flow rate of 5-8 m/s. Convective drying is effected in oscillating mode at alternating blowing of cells with warm air having temperature of 50-60 C and atmospheric air having temperature of 10-20 C; stopping supply of drying agent when bee bread temperature in cell reaches 40-42 C and blowing cell only with atmospheric air. Drying agent having temperature of 50-60 C facilitates temperature increase in empty cells populated with bee moth larvae of up to 47-52 C to inhibit growing thereof, since such temperature is dangerous for their activity. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of bee bread by preventing bee moth larvae activity products from getting therein. 2 cl
