To extract beebread the surface layer of beebread is scarified, beebread is dried in cells through convection at the temperature of 40-42°C to humidity of 14-15%, cooled and milled. A layer of wax-beebread heap prior to feeding it in aeration device to extract beebread by pneumatic separation is aligned on a sloping surface of the dispenser on height commensurate with the size of beebread grains to form a continuous flow.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of period of moisture condensation on cold wax-beebread heap, improves purification of beebread, improves quality of beebread.
