Casing wall define vessel narrowing in at least one of meridian sections relative to its bottom. Casing bottom outer surface is spaced from its maximum middle section by distance making 0.05-0.5 the height of casing. Insert is made detachable in meridian direction relative to at least one detachment line along its wall and is equipped with locking device extending along said detachment line.
