FIELD: preparative chromatographic systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed preparative chromatograph includes metering unit, two-position valve connecting inlet passage of separation column with metering unit or with carrier gas supply line; separation column is made in form of two coaxial cylinder, two end-pieces secured on inner cylinder of separation column, two conical nozzles mounted on outer cylinder in such way that cavities between respective end-pieces and nozzles form inlet and outlet passages of separation column, two heating elements: one heating element is located on outer surface of outer cylinder and other heating element is located in central passage of inner cylinder and cooling element which is also located in central passage of inner cylinder and shut-off members located in lower portion of outlet passage overlapping the distributing passages which connect outlet passage of separation column with carrier gas discharge line and with fraction receiver. Gates of shut-off members are rigidly connected with strings brought out through walls of distributing passages to drives of these shut-off members. Metering unit is made in form of hollow cylinder with movable piston mounted inside it; heater is mounted on outer surface; carrier gas supply line is connected via valve to upper portion of cylinder cavity and passage connected with two-position valve is brought to lower portion of this cavity. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities; enhanced operational reliability. 1 dwg
