FIELD: milling equipment. SUBSTANCE: drum-type mill has heat-insulated drum composed of cylinder and cone connected one with another along perimeters of their hollow ends. Smaller end of cone is equipped with valve. Drum is mounted on bearing units for rotation around horizontal axis. Drum is further provided with charging tract, discharge tract, evaporated cryogenic agent removal tract, rotating device, and drive. Heat insulation is rigidly connected to drum. Cylinder and cone are detachably connected one with another in sealing relationship. Cylinder hollow end, when detached from cone, serves basic product and cryogenic agent charging tract. Valve is formed as membrane rigidly connected along its perimeter to cone end and serves as ready product discharge tract and evaporated cryogenic agent conveying tract. Vessel for receiving ready product is positioned behind membrane so that it detachably adjoins to cone end along its perimeter. Evaporated cryogenic agent removal tract is positioned on vessel surface. Mill of such construction may be used for producing dispersed powders in cryogenic agent medium, for example, of liquid nitrogen.
