SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, charging unit of mill is furnished additionally with movable rail truck, and hopper is provided with two slides and journal is made with connecting flange to connect side wall of drum with ribs. Peripheral zone of drum wall is welded to ring end face of rotary drum with flange for asymmetrical connection of other drum. Inner surface of discharge journal is coated with sealing compound. Pourout cone secured on flange of discharge journal is provided with flange for connection to ecological protection means of dustproof devices. EFFECT: improved efficiency of large-side mill. 3 dwg
