Mounting device 20 furnished with axle 21 of rotation is installed on upstairs moving device 10 or on armchair. Support bracket 30 is installed on axle 21. Brake 40 is secured at one side on support bracket 30 and at other side, on mounting device 20. sensor controls brake 40 to lock support bracket 30 in case of hazard of turning over of device 10 and releases support bracket 30 when tilting of device 10 relative to stairs is correct.
