SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The premix for food products includes dihydroquercetin. Additionally the premix contains a filler chosen from the group including propylene glycol, glycerine, tvin at the following initial components ratio, wt %: dihydroquercetin - 10-90%; filler - 90-10%.
EFFECT: invention allows to extend storage life and impart functional properties to food products.
