FIELD: civil weapon, applicable for prevention of a shot at removing the buttstock from the unfolded position. SUBSTANCE: the hand small arms has a receiver, buttstock hinge-mounted on it, and a device blocking the trigger in the folded position of the buttstock. The device blocking the trigger in the folded position of the buttstock is made in the form of a lever rotating on a pin fixed in the receiver and freely coupled with one end to the butt hinge, and with the other - to the rear part of the trigger. The lever is made double-armed, the shorter arm being engageable with the chamfered surface made in the butt hinge, and the longer arm - with the cut-out made in the rear part of the trigger. A tag is made on the lever actuated by an extension spring pressing the lever to the butt hinge. An inseparable cross-piece is installed above the lever, it prevents removal of the lever and disturbance of the blocking. EFFECT: prevented shot at a folded buttstock, the buttstock may be folded (unfolded) in any position of the safety lock since the lever is engageable with the butt hinge and trigger only and is not connected with operation of the safety lock. 4 cl, 3 dwg
