SUBSTANCE: device incorporates several fiber-optical paths including two light guides, sensitive optical element placed between their butts, electron unit processing electric signals that has computer. Sensitive element contacts object under control and changes its spectral transparency under effect of measured parameters. Input sections of fiber-optical paths are installed in opposition to common radiation source and output sections of fiber-optical paths are placed opposite to common radiation detector.
