SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for use in radiation measurement and at customs, for radiation monitoring systems of territories and water bodies, for detection and identification of fission material, and for detection and identification of radiological sources. The scintillator detector with different types of scintillators with different radiation spectra and photodetectors, has at least two scintillators of different types with different radiation spectra placed in series on at least one end of the component scintillator. The same number of photodetectors is installed, with spectral sensitivity and light filters, matched with each type of scintillator.
EFFECT: simpler design, reduced number of photodetectors used.
