SUBSTANCE: telescopic tower that may be mounted on motor car chassis or body for lifting antennas to desired elevation has fixed elbow with winch and drum as well as movable elbow both being kinematically linked through set of cables and pulleys with winch drum and with each other. Novelty is introduction of forced lowering mechanism for upper movable elbow used in packing the tower. EFFECT: impossibility of spontaneous downward movement of tower during its packing. 1 dwg
