SUBSTANCE: antenna system has column 1 that mounts drive 2 coupled with slewing gear 3 and antenna assembly 6 which is free to rotate in azimuth on antifriction bearings relative to column 1. Novelty is that slewing gear mounts shell 7 arranged along its axis of revolution and used to carry support 8 of additional antenna assembly 9. Bottom part of support carries gear wheel 10 coupled with gear 11 disposed on upper end of shaft 12; the latter is mounted in supports 13 provided on slewing gear. Additional antenna assembly mounted on slewing gear along its axis of revolution remains motionless when slewing gear is rotating. EFFECT: improved design of antenna system. 1 dwg
