SUBSTANCE: input signal is subjected to quadrature correlative processing; low-frequency signals across output phase detectors are processed and control voltage is shaped for voltage-controlled generator; low-frequency signals are processed in count pulse shaping units; current number of count pulses per definite number of clock intervals is counted; input signal-to-noise ratio Rin is evaluated, and switch is controlled in compliance with Rin value obtained to pass control voltage to voltage-controlled generator through respective filter.
