FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: suggested equipment contains a rod, a handle and a working part. The latter consists of circularly located plates fixed at the end of a rod. Plates have the cutting edges and are of spring-like and elastic properties. Equipment additionally contains a socket. It is installed with possibility to move the crank along a rod's axis. A rod has got a longitudinal groove for corresponding socket's protrusion. Plates are designed to be metal ones and fixed at the end of a socket. Cranks are connected with a socket to have a possibility to move around a socket. As a result, the suggested equipment is free of disadvantages of the well-known devices.
