FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: an ozonotherapy is conducted into a cubital vein at the volume of 400 ml ozonized physiological solution at ozone concentration in the solution being 6 mg/l, once per 3 d. Simultaneously, one should start a percutaneous impact upon pancreatic projection with a semiconductor infrared laser "Ulan" at 0.89 mcm wave length and 7 W radiation power. Laserotherapy is carried out for 5 min once daily for 12-14 d. Moreover, impulse frequency is 300 Hz at a single dosage of 315 mJ/cm2. The method enables to increase efficiency of therapy for severe pancreatitis forms and at no invasive interferences directly affect pathological focus - the pancreas.
