FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: exfusion of 20 ml blood is carry out from cubitus vein followed with separation into four test tubes by 5 ml with cytrate buffer in ratio 10:1. Three of these test tubes are added with 0.25 ml of ozonised physiologic saline of ozone concentration 2, 4, 8 mg/l respectively, the fourth test tube, reference one is added with 0.25 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution. Then blood in test tubes is cautiously mixed and incubated within one hour at temperature 37°C, centrifugated at 2000 rpm during 20 mines, separating plasma from erythrocyte mass. After that each test is estimated for lipid peroxidation level and antioxidant blood plasma activity by method of luminole-dependent iron-induced chemoluminescence. Yet ozonised physiological saline concentration is chosen as added in blood provides registering of minimum lipid peroxidation level and maximum antioxidant activity.
EFFECT: increased safety and efficiency of pathology treatment owing to prevented lipid peroxidation progressing and early antioxidant system activation.
