FIELD: concentration of minerals from and gravels by dynamic gravitational method in thin-layer flows in apparatus combining principles of concentration on standard concentrating tables and rotary tables at activation of process of neutralizing middlings. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is provided with system feeding air to deck plates; this system is stationary; plant is also provided with neutralizing system for feeding the composition to chute for receiving fraction of high density and chute for receiving fraction of low density which are found of sides opposite to fraction unloading end; drive ensures synchronous rotation of distributor of system feeding pulp and flushing water; deck riffles are narrowing; they are oriented at shift with their center relative to common axis of rotation of deck plates; deck plates are made in form of sectors located over circumference formed by common axis of rotation; they are provided with agitators rigidly secured from below; deck plate supports are mounted in CG of deck plates and heeling mechanisms are mounted under loading ends of deck plates orienting them above guide chutes for high-density fraction engageable with unloading ends of deck plates; guide chutes for high-density fraction are inclined in radii from common axis of rotation of deck plates towards chute used for receiving and located over perimeter under plane formed by deck plates; its bottom is inclined towards side of unloading high-density fractions; outer wall of chute used for receiving high-density fraction forms inner wall of chute used for receiving low-density fraction which is mounted over outer perimeter of plane formed by deck plates; its bottom is inclined towards side of unloading low-density fraction. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of extraction of valuable minerals; reduced toxicity of concentration products. 6 dwg
