FIELD: natural minerals dressing.

SUBSTANCE: the supersonic dressing complex is pertinent to the field of dressing of natural minerals from ores and placers using a gravitational method of dynamic type in thin-layer streams. The enriching complex contains the double multideck sections with grooves, systems of loosening, reception and regulation of the pulp and cleansing water feeding. The grooves are directed perpendicularly to the pulp stream on each deck installed with transversal and longitudinal tilting. The dressing complex is supplied with the gauges installed above decks to fix of a medium dynamic properties and the mounted on frames integrators for each section with converters and controllers of parameters of supersonic emission. The loosening system is made in the form of the ultrasonic acoustic emitters installed on the decks. The decks are partitioned in longitudinal direction for four fields with inclination in direction to the outlet of a heavy fraction. The emitting surfaces of the supersonic emitters are perpendicular to the corresponding field of the decks. The direction of emission of the supersonic emitters is in parallel to surfaces of the corresponding grooves. The double multideck sections of the decks are placed on both sides of from the system of reception and regulation of the pulp. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of the process of dressing of valuable minerals out of ores and placers.
