FIELD: concentration of ores and placers; separation of concentrate at final stages of concentration process. SUBSTANCE: proposed concentrator has drive, separation chamber with heavy particle settling surface, compartment for particles of average density and compartment for particles of low density with overflow lip which is concentric relative to walls of separation chamber. Drive is connected with centrifugal action exciter by means of screw joint regularly engaged by means of sleeve; exciter is mounted at angle relative to horizontal plane of separation chamber and perpendicularly relative to heavy particle settling surface. Centrifugal action exciter is provided with reflectors made in pairs at shift relative to center of separation in vertical line. Lower members of reflector are shifted relative to generatrix of opposite upper members of reflectors. Surface of settling of average density particles is concentric relative to walls of separation chamber and is mounted at angle relative to heavy particle settling surface under low-density particle settling surface.
