AUTOMATED COMPLEX FOR FORGING THIN SHEET OF COILED MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: machine engineering, namely, forging presses, particularly, automated complex for forging thin sheet of coils, mainly of stainless steel coils. SUBSTANCE: automated complex includes line for working coiled material before forging press. Said line has uncoiler, apparatus for cutting off leading edge of sheet, straightening and feeding apparatus of press with multiposition tool and with mechanism for transferring blanks along tool positions. Complex also includes line for working forgings after press having washing apparatus, apparatus for monitoring position of forgings after their discharging from press and for loading them to washing apparatus. Apparatus for monitoring position of forgings and for their loading to washing apparatus is in the from of rigid framework carrying arched bridge supporting power cylinder. Rod of said cylinder is coupled with movable crosspiece mounted in sliding rails and having spring-loaded pawls. Apparatus for monitoring includes signalling device in the form of control shaped disc with grooves rigidly mounted on working shaft of washing apparatus. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of apparatus due to synchronized operation of all its units. 3 dwg
