SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact that the blank is preliminarily dried, a stack is collected, subjected to compaction in attachments in a cold state in the horizontal plane across the fibres, after that it is dried, and then flat plates are cut, from which segments of a trapezoidal section are cut, and a cylindrical sleeve of a preset dimension is collected, the direction of its fibres is set perpendicularly to the axis of its rotation, the second reduction in the cylindrical plane is accomplished in the direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation with a subsequent impregnation of it with a modifying agent, placing the heated wooden blank in a steel holder in a colder medium.
