FIELD: production of detergents. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in methods of producing liquid detergents designed for washing dishware and packaging containers, and also hands polluted with technical mud and oil by-products of mineral and vegetable origin; wetting of various types of fabrics with different degree of soiling, hand- and machine-washing of articles from colored and light fabrics; cleansing of polluted metallic, enamel and polymer surfaces; skin tanning (for defatting and washing skins and wool); sanitary treatment of industrial and residential accommodations. The method involves saponification of fat raw material in mixture with oxyethylated monoisononylphenol at ratio 1:2. Saponification is conducted in medium of oxyethylated 6 mole of ethylene monoisononylphenol oxide and oxyethylated 10 mole of ethylene monoisononylphenol oxide in ratio 1:2 or 1:3 with the following introduction of trisodium phosphate in amount of 1-2%, foaming agent in amount of 0.2-2.0%, and flavor in amount of 0.1-1.0% from mass of detergent.
